How is the treatment performed?
Prior to the treatment, a cream with Topical Anaesthetic is applied in the area where the microneedling is going to be rolled across. This way we minimise the discomfort during the treatment which normally takes 40 minutes approximately, although this varies depending on the area we are treating.

Upon completion of the microneedling treatment redness in the area treated is very common, so we advise that the patient uses an oxygenated moisturiser specifically formulated to nourish and soothe traumatised skin, together with an SPF 50+ moisturiser, which is included in your microneedling package.
Depending on what we are treating, we recommend from 3 to 6 microneedling sessions with a break of 4-6 weeks.
